The Calgary "Cal South" Little League Baseball Society holds Annual General Meetings as well as occasional General Meetings and Special General Meetings. The Board of Directors meets approximately once per month. All Board of Directors meetings of the Calgary "Cal South" Little League Baseball Society are also General Meetings, which any member of the society (for example, registered players and/or parents) is welcome and encouraged to attend.

The 2007 Annual General Meeting was held October 28, 2007 and there were eight General Meetings and Board of Directors Meetings held between November 24, 2007 and September 22, 2008.
The 2008 Annual General Meeting was held October 26, 2008 and there were nine General Meetings and Board of Directors Meetings held between December 7, 2008 and September 21, 2009.
The 2009 Annual General Meeting was held on October 25, 2009.
A Board of Directors/General Meeting was held on November 25, 2009.
A Board of Directors/General Meeting was held on January 20, 2010.
A Board of Directors/General Meeting was held on February 21, 2010.
A Board of Directors/General Meeting was held on March 21, 2010.
A Board of Directors/General Meeting was held on April 25, 2010.
A Board of Directors/General Meeting was held on May 30, 2010.
A Board of Directors/General Meeting was held on June 27, 2010. A Special Resolution was passed at this meeting to update the bylaws of the Society.
