Thanks to a sponsorship from Stepper Homes, CalSouth purchased a full set of new uniforms for every team in 2009.
In addition, a grant from Parks Foundation Calgary to purchase new bats for the league freed up enough funds for us to purchase some much-needed new equipment for CalSouth.

LATEST UPDATES
CalSouth's boundaries now include EVERGREEN and BRIDLEWOOD.
Online Registration is NOW available for the 2010 season. Please use the links in the Registration Details section on the left side of this site to register your child. Registration runs until March 31 2010, after which late registration charges of $20 (T-Ball) or $50 (all other divisions) per player will be applied.
The next CalSouth Board/General Meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, March 21, starting at 7 PM. Check the "Meetings" link to the left of this web site for further details.
In-Person Registration was held on January 30th and all remaining registrations must be made through our Online Registration system.
Player Development/Spring Warmup sessions as well as coaching clinics have been booked for this season. Please click on the links to the left of this page for details. |
BOARD VACANCIES
We have an urgent need for an Evaluations Coordinator for the 2010 season.
Positions are also available for Grants Coordinator and Policies Coordinator. If you are interested in taking on any of these roles, please contact any member of the Board of Directors -- contact details are available on the Contact Us link to the left of this web site.
Alberta Little League District 8 will be holding a casino to raise funds which help keep the costs down for CalSouth and other leagues. Volunteers are needed for May 19th and 20th to help with this cause. For further details, check the "Casino" link to the left of this site. |

HELMETS -- Decals and stickers may not be added to your child's batting helmet.

Yankees - 2009 CalSouth Minors Champions! 
|
2009 - Juniors Yankees were on a tear!
In May, they won the Lethbridge Invitational Junior's Tournament and made the finals at the Medicine Hat Junior's tournament.
Then in June, they followed up by winning the District 8 Juniors championship.
Congratulation Yankees!
